Civil Air Patrol: Aviation’s Greatest Ally, a Strasburg Film Festival feature documentary, is about discovering the secret motivation of the selfless volunteers behind the Civil Air Patrol.
Matthew Weir is an aspiring professional producer and director with an aim at contributing to the film industry. Growing up in rural upstate South Carolina, he has developed a passion for visual storytelling in photography and filmmaking.
He’s made over 70 short films, promotional videos, and experimental pieces since he was 11 years old. He will be graduating high school at Christ Church Episcopal School on June 2nd, 2018 and will be trying his hand at collaborative storytelling in the film industry.
You can purchase passes now at Strasburgfilm.com or you can wait till the schedule is released, which will be in early September and then you can determine if you’d want to enjoy the best of over 5,500 submitted films. Prices will range:
– $30 for the full three days
– $10 dollars for one day
– $4 for one session
