We’re about one week away from Strasburg’s Free Family Film Night, with today’s feature focus is Barry the Blobfish.

Barry is a fat ugly fish that can’t swim and lives at the bottom of the ocean. He longs to live on a beautiful coral reef at the top of a tall, tall cliff.

Directed by Marleia A Alfaro, who was born and raised in San Diego, CA. Alfaro achieved a Master of Fine Arts in Animation at Academy of Art University, San Francisco with thesis film, Barry the Blobfish.

The Free Family Film event will occur in the new town park in Strasburg. If it’s not ready by then, then we’ll do it in the town parking lot.

You can respond to our event page to get a notification the day of the event. Depending on the situation, you most likely will have to bring a lawn chair. We will be starting at dusk, tentatively around 7 PM.

You can set up a Google or ICAL reminder from our event page so that you’ll be reminded the day of the event.
