Strasburg Film Festival short FIFO follows Stephan, a staffer at the local supermarket. Using the “First in, First Out” (FIFO) method, Stephan must place the freshest products behind the oldest ones and products nearing their sell-by date must be destroyed. While disposing of the spoiled products, Stephan finds himself face to face with individuals excluded from the rest of society. Stephan realizes the impact that FIFO method can have upon those less fortunate than he.

Director Biography – Sacha Ferbus, Jeremy Puffet
Sacha Ferbus studies directing at the IAD and works in Belgium as a grip on film sets. This is his first short film outside of personal and academic exercises. Sacha is from Brussels.
