We completed our first ever Irish Films event. There are too many people to thank for this, and I’m worried that someone will be missed. All of the filmmakers who allowed us to showcase their works of art is motivation for this organization as it shows that stories can be shown in many different forms or fashions. Seriously, it’s amazing what creative people can come up with.
We’re currently working with public and private enterprises from within the county to plan our next event. We’re not ready to announce it yet, but it will be soon.
In addition, in mid-April, we’ll be kicking off the call for films for the first ever Strasburg Film Festival, benefitting the Shenandoah County Public School District’s Theater Programs.
