This Strasburg Film Festival feature takes the term “Ghosting” to another level. Marriage With Ghost, by Taiwan student He Mei-E is a story about a Taiwan traditional Ghost marriage ceremony culture – If anyone picks up the red envelope of the Ghost bride, he would have to marry her as his bride.
The reality of the ghost marriage ceremony is so very bizarre, so the director created this short film to express their imagination for the marriage.

“I am a student in the Tungnan University in Taiwan, not only good at drawing illustrations, but also very interested in some strange and interesting stories, and I have experienced many supernatural phenomena in my life.”
Director Statement
I created this short film was trying to express my imagination for the Ghost marriage ceremony culture in Taiwan. The reality of the marriage ceremony plainly bizarre, if the middle out of the pool, the two sides will be how the outcome? And other girls ambiguous actor, encounter easy to jealous of the marriage wife, they will eventually go to what kind of outcome?
