iRony – Offical Selection into 2018 Festival

1. BROWSE FILMS

In this year being our inaugural year, the Strasburg Film Festival will feature a host of screenings and special events. Our 3-day program showcases the best of films from over 90 countries. Either new age, or classical, we will dive into a wide variety of issues and themes. It will be presented in the typical screen format or the lectures with discussions afterward to appeal to the broad spectrum of our audience. Browse the FILM GUIDE or view the SCHEDULE by list or grid to get started!

2. JOIN THE FUN

We show a lot of films from many different countries. But that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t let loose and socialize during the weekend. Join us for our Opening Night Gala and the Wrap Party for more Film Fest Fun!

See our Parties page for more details.

3. BUY YOUR TICKETS

There are many ways to obtain your Festival tickets, including online, on the phone, or in person. And for military members, we will soon make a limited number of complimentary tickets available to you as well.

Our advice… pick your films and events carefully, making sure not to choose conflicting times! If you choose consecutive screenings across town from each other, take travel time into consideration; you may have to leave on early, so please plan accordingly.

Read to head to the box office now? Visit our TICKETS page for box office for more information.

4. PLAN YOUR WEEKEND

Founded in 1761, Strasburg features antique shops, art galleries, museums, and abounds in history. The town was home to a thriving pottery industry from 1761-1909 and visitors today can tour the Strasburg Museum, housed in what was originally the steam pottery building.  The museum exhibits include Civil War artifacts, Native American exhibits, and much more. During your stay, take time to visit the many vineyards, nature trails, and historical sites that the area has to offer — it’s an experience that you’ll always remember.
