Director Biography – Vincenzo Nappi
Vincenzo Nappi is a Canadian writer, editor, and director born in Montreal, Quebec. He is best known for his short films “Travelling Hearts” and “Little Fish” both of which are semi-autobiographical.

When submitting this film to us, he said:

“Travelling Hearts” is a film that is very autobiographical to the experiences I’ve had as a Canadian, brought up in Italian culture. I wanted to make this film so that I could express the xenophobic tendencies I had noticed, and been subjected to from friends and family, in hopes that people might be able to see themselves within the main characters Giuliano, and Sophie. I intend to start a conversation on the matter, or at least have people who are going through the same things, feel like they are being heard, and understood.”
